Mayfair is preparing to welcome a new address for refined stays, dining, and culture. This autumn, The St. Regis London will open at the intersection of Bond Street and Conduit Street, bringing the heritage of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts to one of London’s most distinguished neighborhoods.
Following a complete renovation of the former Westbury, the hotel will feature 193 guest rooms, including 66 suites, alongside new floors, expanded public spaces, and two exclusive wellness suites.
The property takes inspiration from John Jacob Astor IV, who founded the original St. Regis in New York City in 1904. His vision of residential-style luxury has been reinterpreted for Mayfair, with interiors by Richmond International drawing from the neighborhood’s fashion, craftsmanship, and cultural history. References include the bespoke tailoring of Savile Row, the glamor of Bond Street, and the galleries and auction houses that have long shaped the area.
At the top of the hotel, the Penthouse Suite will offer a 150-square-meter private terrace and 360-degree views across the London skyline.
Art will play an equally important role. Sarabande Foundation’s House of Bandits gallery will curate the hotel’s collection of more than 1,000 artworks by over 80 artists, displayed throughout the bedrooms, suites and public spaces. Bespoke commissions supported by the foundation will further connect the property to London’s creative community.
Dining will begin with Le Perroquet, an all-day French brasserie led by renowned Chef Daniel Rose. It marks Rose’s first venture in London, following his acclaimed restaurants La Bourse et La Vie in Paris and Le Coucou in New York. The restaurant will serve as a day-to-night destination, from business breakfasts to late-night meals, pairing authentic French cuisine with classic service.
Throughout the hotel, the signature St. Regis Butler Service will remain central to the guest experience, bringing the brand’s tradition of personalized, anticipatory service to its new London address.
With its combination of Mayfair heritage, contemporary design, art and dining, The St. Regis London is positioning itself as more than a hotel.
