The 75th Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance brought together automotive history, modern performance, bespoke craftsmanship, and luxury culture for one of the most anticipated weeks in the automotive world.
At the heart of Monterey Car Week, the Concours transformed the 18th fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links into a showcase of exceptional collector cars. But the celebration extended far beyond the famous fairway with leading brands hosting private villas, rallies, dinners, and exclusive gatherings throughout Monterey.
Aston Martin: Racing Heritage Reimagined
Aston Martin celebrated the Concours’ 75th anniversary by looking back to its own racing roots. Q by Aston Martin created three exclusive DB12 S Coupes inspired by the three Aston Martin DB2 race cars that formed part of the factory racing team in 1951. The original cars carried British registration plates beginning with “VMF,” and each featured a distinctive grille color. Three quarters of a century later, those cars inspired the new DB12 S “VMF” collection.
The brand also hosted guests at The House of Aston Martin, providing exclusive hospitality at a retreat near Poppy Hills Golf Course. There, the brand displayed the famous Valhalla, DB12 S, Vantage S, DBX S, a DB2 heritage model, and the new Vanquish 25 Special Edition to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original V12 Vanquish.
Bentley: A New Take on Car Culture
Bentley expanded its already extensive Monterey Car Week presence with the debut of Stazione Remota, a new space created in partnership with automotive culture hub Race Service and Milan design studio BorromeodeSilva. The event brought together different corners of automotive culture with cars, test drives, live entertainment, “Joe’s Bentayga” with a fully operational Joe & The Juice espresso bar, and a Bentley listening room.
Bentley presented an eclectic collection of automobiles, including the Bentayga X Concept, the new Supersports, and a 1926 original Supersports known as “Smoky,” which made its first-ever visit to the United States. Bentley also returned to The Quail, hosted its Beach Dinner and Signature Party, and welcomed guests to its Home of Bentley near The Lodge.
Mercedes-Benz: The Future Classics
Mercedes-Benz looked both backward and forward with its Future Classics Auction House, an immersive display inspired by the world’s most prestigious collector-car auction houses. Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, and Mercedes-Maybach models were presented alongside collector-inspired installations and bespoke experiences.
One of the highlights was a near-identical twin of LeBron James’ personal Mercedes-Maybach S 680, created through MANUFAKTUR Made to Measure. The brand also provided an important connection to the past. The one-of-one 1938 Mercedes-Benz 540K Streamliner led the Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance, while the last known remaining 1905 “American Mercedes” was displayed as a symbol of the brand’s longstanding American history.
Range Rover: Bespoke Luxury
Range Rover brought modern luxury to Carmel with the Residence at Range Rover House. A transformed boutique hotel in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea was turned into an invitation-only five-night experience. Guests received access to curated culinary experiences, private events, Range Rover Bespoke commissioning appointments, chauffeur-driven transportation, and privileged access to The Quail and the Pebble Beach Concours.
The brand also revealed a bespoke pairing of a new Range Rover SV Ultra and a restored 1993 Range Rover Classic. The Classic received more than 2,000 hours of restoration and was designed to complement the contemporary SV Ultra. The pair was presented as an exclusive matched commission and offered through auction.
Bugatti & Lamborghini: Icons Reimagined
Bugatti unveiled the one-of-one Destrier, transforming the extreme architecture of the Bolide into a bespoke automotive sculpture inspired by the marque’s historic racing and road cars. The Destrier reinterpreted Bugatti’s extreme performance architecture through a grand-touring philosophy.
Meanwhile, Lamborghini premiered the first derivative of the Revuelto while also celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Miura with the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage. Created by Lamborghini Centro Stile and Ad Personam, the special series was limited to 99 examples.
Rolls-Royce Brings an Energetic Display of Art
As one of the most bold expressions of Rolls-Royce, Black Badge Cullinan by Cyril Kongo made a striking appearance at Pebble beach. Created as a series of five Private Commissions, the car represents a close collaboration between the renowned graffiti artist and luxury automotive brand. Kongo worked alongside Rolls-Royce designers, engineers, and craftsmen at Goodwood to create what is essentially a rolling masterpiece. Carrying the energy of contemporary art, the design’s remarkable presence impressed car collectors and spectators alike at Pebble Beach.
Rolex: A Lasting Connection
Rolex continued its longstanding relationship with Pebble Beach and motorsport, marking 25 years of support for the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. Its presence reflected the shared values of precision, performance, heritage, and excellence that define both watchmaking and automotive culture.
The 2026 Best of Show
On Concours Sunday, the focus stayed at the 18th fairway, where the world’s finest collector automobiles competed for the ultimate honor: Best of Show. Judges evaluated the cars for their elegance, technical merit, and history, continuing a tradition that has defined Pebble Beach since 1950.
The 75th Concours d’Elegance crowned a 1935 Duesenberg SSJ Special Speedster, originally owned by Hollywood legend Clark Gable, as Best of Show. Presented by Harry Yeaggy, the rare speedster, one of just two produced, returned to Pebble Beach with its dramatic styling, Hollywood history, and recently restored presentation earning the event’s top honor.
After 75 years, Pebble Beach once again brought together the automobiles of yesterday, today, and tomorrow, proving that the Concours is about far more than collecting beautiful cars. It is a celebration of where automotive culture has been, and where it is going next.
